Appeals for blacklists are not a thing, blacklists are penatlies you have to go through for the actions you took. Of course, if I falsey blacklist you I will remove you from the list.Last UPDATED: 13.12.2024
1. Commercial Usage
Using my avatars in the purpose to promote and/or advertize is prohibited. Anything which can be concidered a promotion falls under this term.1.1 Using my content for personal videos, groups or photos is allowed.1.2 Creating avatars with my designs without consent is prohibited.1.3 Using my designs for products of any kind is prohibited.1.4 Using my designs to advertize your products requires consent as it is prohibited without it.
2. General Usage
My Content is ment to be enjoyed by everyone available to it. Using it to harm, harass, spread missinformation, discriminate or illegal content is prohibited. Furthermore, using content I never set as available is prohibited aswell.2.1. I may refuse service torwards you for any reason that is seem fit for the situation.2.2. You may use my content for any personal use as long as it doesnt break any Terms of Service from me, nor any plattforms it's available in.2.3. Be respectful torwards everyone within the community or outside of it, I do not condone any harassment done torwards those who break my TOS.2.4 Using my content for suggestive content in public is strictly Prohibited.2.5 Harassing me or those close to me for quicker or free service is strictly prohibited. Bypassing bans, blocks or blacklistt will result in your penatlies to become longer or permanent.2.6 Claiming ownership of my Models, Designs or other content is prohibited and will be punished with warnings.2.7 Claiming to know me personally without actually doing so will make me refuse any kind of service to you, aswell as purposefully misgendering me.2.8 I'm not comfortable with the use of my designs or characters without my permission to do so. Do not use them without contacting and asking me about it first. ( For Fan-art you do not need to actually ask, unless said so otherwhise!! )
3. Ripping/Tracing
Ripping my avatars will result in an immediate blacklist. Furthermore, supporting, threatening and helping with such actions is prohibited.Using any of my content for personal use which was not authorized is strictly prohibited.
3.1 Publishing any content that is strictly said to be private is prohibited. I will have every right to remove my models off your account.3.2 Editing any content without my permission is prohibited.3.3 Reselling my content without my consent is prohibited. Both the seller and the buyers will be punished.3.4 Being spotted in a Rippers bio, group or actively asking for files in a Ripping server will get you blacklisted.3.5 Owning Ripped files/having it uploaded to you will get you Blacklisted.3.6 When you have been spotted with Ripped content in your account will I have every right to remove my own Models off your account.3.7 Tracing/Recolouring my content is strictly prohibited.3.8 Handing out files of my work and/or bases is strictly prohibited unless specified otherwise.
4. Commissions
MY COMMISSIONS ARE CURRENTLY OPEN!!Asking for my content in a comission in another content creator is allowed AS LONG AS THE CREATOR IS FINE WITH IT. However, using my content as your products is strictly prohibited.4.1. I will not make or condone content which can be harmfull torwards others.4.2. I will not create sexual content for ANYONE.4.3. Commission content HAS to be credited at the very least when used for your personal use.4.4. Commissioned content should not appear in any commercial content.
If asked for commercial content, agreements have to be made.4.5 Any content commissioned has to agree to the other Terms of Service sections4.6 Give out your commissions files unless specificaly stating that you would like to do so.4.7 Commissioning online personas for any reason wont count as "Commercial content".
5. Purchases
Do keep in mind what was said in the terms 2 - 3.
Due to the nature of online transactions, the TOS for purchasing content are the way they are. Digital content is different from Physical content.5.1 My content is non-refundable, attempting to refund all of your purchases AT ONCE will result in the content being removed and a Blacklist.5.2 I accept mainly Payment over my Ko-fi. However, I do also accept Gift cards, Discord Nitro/+VRC and Avatar Trading.5.3 My Items can not be swapped out.5.4 Ask about custom content on a model.5.5 Uplods are done via a ticket system. Ignoring this will result in a warning.5.6 Attempting to buy for a blacklisted person KNOWING they are blacklisted will result in a warning.
